Woodland Country Manor offers Long Term Care Nursing, Short Term Rehabilitation Services, and Assisted Living Individualized apartment settings.
Nursing home residents typically require more care than Assisted Living, we strive for ALL residents to remain independent.
We accept both in the Nursing Home unit. Assisted Living is private pay or long-term care insurance only.
Unfortunately, we do not have the accommodations to happily house any pets. However, family & friends are more than welcome to bring pets to visit you!!
Nursing Home has 40 private and 5 semi-private. Rehab are all private. Assisted Living are all private.
The Nursing Home daily rate covers the majority of costs. The only extra items would be a induvial phone line in room, beauty parlor services, and transportation services. Assisted Living is ran like an apartment – you supply your own furniture, linens, personal hygiene items. Housekeeping, and meals are also included in the daily rate. Extra services would be available for a fee.
Woodland Country Manor is family owned and operated and has served the Oxford community since 1971. Woodland emphasizes a warm, home-like atmosphere, individualized care, and a peaceful country setting where residents can feel comfortable, respected, and supported.
Woodland is conveniently located for families in Oxford, Hamilton, and Eaton, Ohio. The community is set on a quiet, tree-lined country road and is designed to offer a peaceful place to call home.
The rehabilitation area includes 10 private rooms with private baths and kitchenettes for short-term stays. Residents also have access to individual heating and air, Wi-Fi, cable and telephone hookups, spacious closets, walk-in showers, and shared amenities such as activity areas and the library/computer center.
Woodland organizes in-house activities, group outings, and community engagement programs. In-house examples include Wii bowling, the ice cream parlor, games, bingo, crafts, cards, cooking, exercise, and movies. Group outings have included Hueston Woods, gambling trips, LaComedia Dinner Theatre, dining out, movies, and Flub's Dari-ette. Community engagement examples include Senior Olympics, the Oxford Senior Luncheon, the Butler County Fair, the Preble County Fair, and OMA (Opening Minds through Art).
